Senior Client Relationship Manager

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned Practice Velocity client relationships that will firmly place Practice Velocity as the leader in providing cutting-edge urgent care EMR to the market.? This individual will primarily develop and manage relationships with PV?s major client accounts as well as other clients as required.

Due to growth this is a newly added position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and manages relationships with executive leadership within PV?s major clients, with the objective of understanding their business drivers, requirements and direction; how PV can help them increase patient volume, retention, and profitability; and position PV to provide solutions to address their needs.

  • Build confidence with major client accounts, drive increasing client satisfaction, set achievable client expectations, assume responsibility for solving client problems, ensure commitments to clients are met, and solicit opinions and ideas from clients.

  • Act as a resource for PV?s major clients to address escalated product or service issues.

  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, support, and product management to ensure ongoing success of client relationship with PV.

  • Act as liaison for internal and external communications with assigned clients. Manage ongoing conference calls and ensure a positive relationship with assigned accounts. Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on assigned accounts progress for all project areas.

  • Supports sales process with potential major clients.

  • Actively engages in industry and healthcare organizations to stay abreast of issues and trends that may impact the company and its offerings.

  • Additional duties as defined.


  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally with clients and vendors.

  • Ability to interpret, understand, and adapt to a variety of individual and organizational communication and management styles.

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills, strong team player, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-productivity startup environment.

  • Ability to travel an estimated 4-5 overnights per month (25% travel), to client sites and trade shows.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor?s degree required.

  • Experience with Revenue Cycle Management.?

  • Previous client facing experience within high growth companies preferably in a healthcare technology environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
